I did not receive my email alert

 If you can't find your email alert in your mailbox, 

  • Please check your junk mail folder
  • Check your email preferences on your dashboard and make sure you are correctly set to receive the specific one you are looking for. Please go to FM login page and go to the 'Newsletters & reports' section in the left menu, to view and update your ‘Email notifications’ preferences. For any customized Price or News Alert, please go to ‘Alerts’ on the top right of your dashboard.
  • You may consult the Forest, Metal, or Agriculture Publication Schedules.
  • Make sure to whitelist our IP domain 149.72.113.25 as well as Fastmarkets Alert Service <alerts@notify.fastmarkets.com> to ensure successful delivery in the future.
