Providing your invoice number helps us locate your records quickly and process your request without delays.
Where to Find Your Invoice Number
- Open your invoice document.
- Look at the upper right corner of the page.
- The invoice number will be displayed in one of the following formats:
- INV-FMGLxxxxxx
- INV-RISIxxxxxxx
What Does the Format Mean?
- The prefix (FMGL or RISI) indicates the Fastmarkets entity you have a contract with.
- The exact format depends on the service you are using.
Example
- INV-FMGL123456
- INV-RISI654321
