Fastmarkets APIs
A key part of the data solutions provided by Fastmarkets are the various REST APIs designed to provide data in a flexible, performant and secure way. For data license customers, these APIs are ideal for retrieving and processing Fastmarkets data by their own services.
The following public APIs are available for use to authorized customers:
- Fastmarkets Physical Prices API. Used to return current and historic physical prices as well as associated instrument data.
- Fastmarkets News API. Used to provide Fastmarkets news content and related reference data.
- Fastmarkets Market Data API. Used to to return current and historic exchange prices as well as associated instrument data for LME, COMEX, NYMEX, CBOT and SHFE.
- Authentication API (functional). Used to authenticate the calling service. It will generate an access token to access data APIs for authorization purposes.
- Account API (functional). Used to return resources available to the API account.
