What does the Compare tab represent?

What does the Compare tab represent?

The third tab on the Index Builder shows a comparison of how the cost and the price – or how a contract for this type of packaging - would have evolved if it was indexed to the price of paper vs. indexed to the cost to produce the paper.

It is an excellent visual for packaging buyers to compare the paper price evolution with their suppliers’ cost based on weighted average cost at mills in that market, and could be used as a negotiation tool with the supplier.
