What does the Reline Baseline Data do?

The Reline Baseline Data was originally built to serve users who know the actual costs of their mills (opposed to Fastmarkets estimates) or believe it's very different. You can reline Consumption, Unit Cost or Delivery Cost of individual mills, of the mill that you're currently looking at - which needs to be done from the Mill Details page. 

When on a market, you can turn Reline Baseline Data on to work with the mills' changed data on the market level - or turn it off to work without the mills' changed data.
